UCLG-MEWA 6th CONGRESS HAS BEEN POSTPONED

The UCLG-MEWA 6th Congress scheduled to be held in Baghdad, Iraq on 13-14 January 2013 has been postponed to a later date upon the request of the Iraqi authorities.
The secretary general apologizes in this note, for the unexpected development which occurred beyand UCLG-MEWA control.
The new venue and date of the UCLG MEWA 5th Congress will be published as soon as possible.
