At the aftermath of the terrible attacks that took place in Oslo and on the island of Utoeya (Norway) on Friday 22nd July killing more than 90 people, the World Organisation United Cities and Local Governments expresses the solidarity and support of mayors and local authorities around the world to the citizens of Oslo and to the people of Norway.
