This annual Retreat & Campus (15-19 February) brought together various stakeholders from the UCLG global network in order to identify synergies and develop joint actions and activities in line with the objectives set out by our statutory bodies, as well as pave the way for the 5th UCLG World Congress, which will take place in Bogota in October 2016.
